Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at the Ascent Permiere Hotel, Malang City partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is a research using quantitative methods. The study population was 32 employees. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 32 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results proved that pasrial and simultaneous leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the application of good leadership style, organizational culture and high motivation can improve employee performance.
