Abstract
This research aims to find out how respondents respond regarding leadership style, organizational culture, compensation and employee performance, find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance, find out the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, find out the effect of compensation on employee performance and find out which of the independent variables have dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study were all 50 SM Guest House employees with a sample of 50 respondents using total sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive influence on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive influence on employee performance and compensation has a dominant influence on employee performance.
