Abstract
This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of self efficacy and social relationships on nurse performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Pamekasan Regency Hospital nurses. The population in this study were all nurses at Pamekasan Regency Hospital and the sample in this study were 67 nurses at Pamekasan Regency Hospital. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that self efficacy and social relationships have a significant effect on nurse performance and also on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate self efficacy and social relationships on nurse performance in Pamekasan Regency Hospital nurses.
