Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Reward and Punishment on work ethic, with work discipline as an intervening variable for employees of the Riau Islands Province National Narcotics Agency. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach and data collection is carried out through questionnaires. The research results show that Reward and Punishment have a significant influence on work ethic, with work discipline as a mediator. These findings provide an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence employee performance in agency environments involving law enforcement and security. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for the management of the Riau Islands Province National Narcotics Agency in improving the effectiveness of employee performance through implementing appropriate Reward and Punishment policies.
