Abstract

Online shopping is increasingly common among teenagers and adults for reasons such as cost efficiency, product quality, trust, and other individual needs. With technology continuing to develop, consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce are becoming increasingly relevant to research. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The population of this study was conducted at Shopee Mall Aerostreet consumers with 100 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing in the form of T-test, F-test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
