Abstract

Green Vista Park is a residential area planned to be located on Jalan Dukuh Baran, Buring Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. Besides meeting the housing demand in Malang City, this residential area is designed using the ecovillage concept to support a sustainable lifestyle in the city. The planning of this area involves several stages, starting from data collection to report preparation. The planning also adheres to applicable standards. This residential area is planned on a land area of 27.564 m2, with a total of 234 units. The housing units come in two types: 36 m2 and 45 m2. The residential area is also equipped with several public facilities such as green open spaces in various locations, a central park functioning as a communal area, and a mosque. Additionally, the area features a one-gate system and a security post to ensure the safety of the residents. The planning focuses on the design of drainage channels, the cost calculation of the housing units and the residential area, as well as the financial feasibility study of the development. The objective of this planning is to ensure that the residential area is not only habitable but also a viable investment.
