Abstract

Investing in the capital market is an alternative for someone who wants to invest their funds other than by investing in land or gold. As is known, the capital market is currently one of the most popular investments among generation Z. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy, risk perception and pocket money on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market. The method used is a quantitative approach, data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The population in this study used all students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang class of 2020. The research sample was determined to be 100 students taken using the Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study show that partially the variables Financial Literacy, risk perception and pocket money have an influence on Generation Z's investment interest. Simultaneously the variables financial literacy, risk perception and pocket money have an influence on investment interest generation Z.
