Abstract

This study aims to determine how work life balance, burnout, and job satisfaction, the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction, the effect of burnout on job satisfaction, and to determine whether work life balance and burnout affect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on all employees of PT. WOM. Finance Banyuwangi totaling 56 respondents. The sampling technique of this research uses total sampling, namely all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the work life balance variable had a balanced category, burnout with a high category, and job satisfaction in the satisfied category. The results found that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Burnout has no effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Life Balance and Burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
