Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine which variables of character, capacity, capital, economic conditions and collateral have an influence on non-performing loans and which variables of character, capacity, capital, economic conditions and collateral have a greater influence on non-performing loans. This type of research uses quantitative research, namely numerical data obtained from customers who experience credit arrears. The population used is customers who experienced credit arrears or problematic credit that occurred in 2016-2020 at PT. Mandala Multifinance in Tulungagung. The number of samples used was 98 people with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that character, capacity, capital, economic conditions and collateral influence non-performing loans at PT Mandala Multifinance in Tulungagung. Capacity has a greater influence on non-performing loans at PT Mandala Multifinance in Tulungagung.
