Abstract
The aim of this research is to describe motivation, work environment and employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, the work environment on employee performance, the influence of motivational variables and the work environment on employee performance and to find out the variables that most influence employee performance. The type of this research is explanatory research with a population of 45 Kelapa Gading Café employees. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the condition of employee work motivation is in the fairly high category, the work environment is quite good and employee performance is quite high. Work motivation influences employee performance at Kelapa Gading Café. The work environment influences employee performance. Work motivation and work environment influence employee performance and the work environment has the most influence on employee performance.
