Abstract

This research aims to describe job satisfaction, work life balance and work stress among drivers at PT. Java Andalas Transindo, to determine and analysis the influence of work life balance on job satisfaction, to determine and analysis the influence of work life balance on stress, to determine and analysis the influence of work stress on job satisfaction, to determine and analysis the influence of work life balance on job satisfaction through work stress. The population in this study were PT drivers. Java Andalas Transindo with 48 drivers using total sampling technique. The method used is partial least squares with the help of Smart PLS 4 software. These results show that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has a negative and significant effect on work stress, work stress has an insignificant negative effect on satisfaction. work, work life balance on job satisfaction through work stress as a mediating variable showed insignificant results.
