PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PT. Indonesia Morowali industrial Park)

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Environment and employee performance, the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance and the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment on employee performance. The type of research in preparing this thesis is explanatory research, with the population being production employees at PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park, namely 344 employees with a sample size of 77 employees. Data analysis techniques use scale range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that occupational safety and health (K3) is in the good category, the work environment is quite good and employee performance is high. There is an influence between occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance, the work environment influences employee performance and occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment influences employee performance.
