Abstract
Teaching and learning activities are a basic, fundamental science that will be applied, especially for work. However, generally, teaching and learning activities are applied in live classes, therefore have a place and time to do it. Elearning is one of the solutions for this case because it can provide a place and time virtually. The purpose of the research is to make an application named "IKnows." that implements one of the e-learning concepts, which is LCMS (Learning Content Management System). LCMS helped teaching and learning with created content, each content can be customized according to the curriculum company. With an approach through a literature study, collect data in the forms observation and focus group discussion (FGD), develop and test a system this research can be done. In the development process, LCMS implemented the modularity trait with purposeful content that can be customized and avoid repetition. The result can prove it with UAT (user acceptance testing) testing. That testing emphasized aggression between the user and the client. Among the 19 features tested, that feature can be approved and used according to expectations.
