Abstract

The Rapid developments in the world of construction have been able to bring people in the world towards such development. This is because many high-rise buildings have been erected in big cities in Indonesia, this is due to the increasing number of living creatures but the land used is decreasing, so that high-rise buildings have become an alternative for reducing or saving existing land. This encourages building planners to create buildings that pay attention to strength, safety and efficiency.
In Re-planning the Gilut Installation Building (teeth and mouth) and Administration of RSU Haji Surabaya Using Composite Steel Using the LFRD Method with planning standards SNI 1727:2020 concerning Minimum Loads for Planning Buildings and other Structures, SNI 1729:2020 concerning Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings , SNI 1726:2019 concerning Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures, SNI 7972:2020 concerning Prequalified Connections for Special and Intermediate Steel Moment Frames in Seismic Applications, and SNI 7860:2020 concerning Seismic Provisions for Steel Buildings Structural.
From the planning results, the size for composite steel produces composite plate thickness t = 120mm, floor deck type W-1000, base metal thickness 0.70mm, with M7.5-100 mm reinforcement produced by PT. Union Metal WF steel profile on the Y and X direction WF profile 250x125x6x9 and X 350x175x7x11 beams, Y and And the column uses a KC profile of 588x300x12x20. The connection uses the BSEP type (Bolts Stiffened End Plates) and for the base plate it uses a thickness of 45mm with M32 bolts with a length of 800mm.
