Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Makmur Abadi Melalui Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pengembangan Wisata Petik Apel Di Desa Tulungrejo (Studi Desa Tulungrejo Dusun Gondang 2022)

This research aims to find out how to empower the Makmur Abadi Farmers Group through the Village Government in developing Apple Picking Tourism in Tulungrejo Village in 2022 and to find out the inhibiting factors of the decline in the income of the Makmur Farmers Group Tourism in 2022 by referring to Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning tourism which was created to increase economic growth, including Apple Picking Tourism in Tulungrejo Village which continues to be developed with the help of the Village Government and Empowerment which is expected to continue to improve the community. The problem formulation related to the research is how to empower the Makmur Abadi Farmers Group through the Village Government and what are the inhibiting factors in developing Apple
Picking Tourism in Tulungrejo Village. The research in this study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a form of research and understanding process based on a methodology that investigates social phenomena and human problems using data collection techniques based on the
results of interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used is Chambers' Empowerment Theory (1995). Community Empowerment is a concept of economic development that summarizes social values, this concept is only to further expand
basic needs or provide a mechanism to prevent further processes of poverty. The results of the research are to show the further development of Apple Picking Tourism through the Village Government which also supports the development of empowering Apple Picking Tourism from Farmers of the Makmur Abadi Farmers
Group as well as supporting the community to continue to develop and improve Tourism in Batu City, especially Apple Picking Tourism because Apples are icon for Batu City.
