Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance mediated by Employee Engagement at the New Djombang Sugar Factory. This study uses a quantitative method of this data using a questionnaire with google forms to 50 respondents with a saturated sample technique/census sampling so that all populations are sampled. The analysis technique uses a scale range, PLS-SEM Algorithm and Bootstraping. The results of the scale range show that OCB is included in the very high category, employee performance is included in the very high category and employee engagement is included in the high category. The results of PLS-SEM testing can be described that OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, OCB has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, employee performance has a significant positive effect on Employee engagement and the mediation of Employee engagement on OCB and employee performance. Therefore, the Djombang Baru Sugar Factory is recommended to hold training, training and family gathering activities.
