Abstract

The research aims to describe and analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. The population used was 80 employees and used a saturated sampling technique. The techniques used in sample collection were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses a range of scales, classification assumption tests, multiple linear regression using the SPSS. This research uses T and F tests as hypothesis testing. The results of the range of scales show that work discipline is a strong criterion, job satisfaction is a very high criterion, and employee performance is a very high criterion. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression also show that job satisfaction has a stronger influence on employee performance than work discipline. Therefore, PTPN 7 Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir is advised to improve work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance, which is done by giving awards for employee achievements.
