Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe Compensation, Job Stress and Turnover Intention, test and analyze the effect of Compensation and Job Stress partially on Turnover Intention, find out which variable is stronger in influencing Turnover Intention. The study population was all employees totaling 46 people and the sample used total sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses a scale range, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression through the SPSS 27 program. Testing the research hypothesis using the T test. The results of the scale range show that compensation is included in the sufficient criteria, job stress is included in the high criteria, Turnover Intention is included in the high criteria. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Compensation has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, Job Stress has a stronger effect on Turnover Intention. It is expected that the management of PT Sengkaling UMM Recreation Park takes proactive steps to reduce it by providing training and resources for stress management, promoting work-life balance, and providing increased compensation aspects such as salary, bonuses, benefits.
