Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational culture as an intervening variable at the Insan Permata Malang Foundation. This type of research is explanatory and quantitative. The population and sample were 127 people with data collection using saturated sampling techniques. The data sources obtained in this research were collected by distributing questionnaires (primary data) to all teachers. The instrument test in this research is to carry out validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing and the data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that: 1) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction 2) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction 4) organizational culture can mediate between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction.
