ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NN. R DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN RISIKO BUNUH DIRI DI RUANG GILI TRAWANGAN RSUD. Dr. SAIFUL ANWAR MALANG

Introduction : Kill self is a very worrying phenomenon , esp occurs in teenagers. Influencing
factors kill self in adolescents , among other psychological factors like depression , anxiety ,
stress, bullying. Risk kill self is risk For injure self you can do it yourself threaten life patient .
Affirmation positive is form therapy carried out with say positive words simple to self himself
said it in a way repeated repeat. This case study aim to analyze Care Nursing soul in the
patient Ms. R with problem nursing risk kill myself in the Gili Trawangan room at Dr. Saiful
Anwar Malang.
Method: Study method case descriptive This use approach care nursing in the form of
assessment, enforcement diagnosis care nursing, composing planning, doing action nursing
and evaluating care nursing .
Result: After done action nursing for 4 days and giving SP to 1-4 clients capable explain signs
and symptoms risk kill self, distance things that can used For kill yourself , capable think
positive about yourself themselves, family and environment as well as can discuss hope in the
future.
Conclusion: Providing implementation strategies action nursing and training affirmation
positive effective given to clients with risk kill self .
