Abstract

The research aims to determine the development of website-based E-book media in the learning of Pancasila education in grade IV elementary schools. This was done because in class IV of SDN Tambakrejo 02 there was a needs analysis, namely a lack of variation in the teaching methods used by teachers so that students showed symptoms of lack of enthusiasm and tended to get bored during the learning process, especially in learning Pancasila Education on mutual cooperation material. Therefore, in class IV Pancasila education learning at SDN Tambakrejo 02 Blitar requires learning media that can help the learning process.
This research uses the ADDIE research and development model which includes (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subjects of this research were class IV students at SDN Tambakrejo 02 Blitar, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research instruments used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines and questionnaire guidelines. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
The validation results from material experts got a percentage score of 94.3%, while media experts got a percentage score of 97.1% with a very valid category for implementation. These results state that website-based E-books can be implemented in Pancasila education learning, mutual cooperation material for class IV elementary schools. However, this media has a drawback, namely that to access E-books you need electronic devices such as laptops and smartphones, which can threaten eye health. Therefore, this media can be refined in further research.
