PENERAPAN FILLING SYSTEM DALAM DIGITALISASI "BRIMEN" UNTUK PENGARSIPAN DOKUMEN KREDIT PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG PEMBANTU MALANG SUKUN

Customer data management at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Malang Sukun Auxiliary Branch Office has until now implemented a digital filing system that is expected to provide many benefits, including effectiveness, increased security, and ease of document access. BRIMEN has a very important role in managing customer data because it is related to technological advances and the quality of performance of the BRI bank.
The aim of this study is to better understand the management of credit documents in BRIMEN and to know the effectiveness of the recording and storage of credit documentation in BRI Bank. This research approach is qualitative descriptive with data collection through observations and interviews.
Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the filling system in the digitalization of Brimen for document archiving at the BRI Bank is very well carried out and structured starting from the submission and submission of documents, verification of the completeness of documents requirements, upload of documents to brimen files and the process of storing physical files.
