Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, workload and compensation on turnover intention. The type of research used is quantitative research, this research was carried out using a survey method using simple random sampling techniques and sampling techniques using Stephen Isaac and William B. Michael's formula, a total of 162 employee respondents from CV Cahaya Gemilang Farm. The data that has been found is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the research results it can be concluded that leadership and workload have a significant effect on turnover intention, while compensation does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Leadership, workload and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.
