Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee engagement with quality of work life as a mediating variable for Generation Z employees in East Java. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 100 Generation Z employees in East Java. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is path analysis assisted by SmartPLS (4.0) software. The results of this study it can be concluded that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on quality of work life. Quality of work life has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement with quality of work life as a mediating variable.
