Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of green transfromational leadership and green human resource management on environmental performance at PT Suri Tani Pemuka Japfa Banyuwangi. This research was conducted on supervisors and employees of PT Suri Tani Pemuka Japfa Banyuwangi with 50 respondents. This research is quantitative research. The test instruments used include validity tests and reliability tests. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are scale range, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the scale range on green transformational leadership and green human resource management are generally categorized as very good. Environmental performance based on the results of the calculation of the scale range is generally categorized as very good. These results indicate that green transformational leadership has a significant effect on environmental performance. Green human resource management has a significant effect on environmental performance. Green human resource management has the most effect on environmental performance.
