Abstract
This paper aims to study and analyze how the examination system, record management and communication channels for Death Insurance Program (JKM) claims carried out by PT TASPEN (Persero) Malang Branch Office. Active ASN participants are required to understand the Death Insurance (JKM) program and be able to operate the TOOS (Taspen One Hour Online Service) application. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the document examination system for applicants who submit claims for the Death Insurance (JKM) program must attach several requirements that have been set in order to facilitate the examination process, record management and communication channels for Death Insurance (JKM) claims of PT Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office are already online-based, using the TOOS (Taspen One Hour Online Service) application used by participants and the TDES (Taspen Digital Enterprise Service) application used by employees of PT TASPEN (Persero) Malang Branch Office.
