Abstract

Desa Wiyurejo still applies traditional administrative services. Desa Wiyurejo faces a challenge in adopting a more efficient and modern administrative service system. Some characteristics of traditional village administrative services include the use of manual procedures, such as using paper and pen to record resident data, manage permits, and carry out administrative tasks such as applications for moving, entering, family cards (KK), and others. This often takes time and increases the risk of errors. The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method in information systems is a strategic approach aimed at fundamentally transforming existing business processes within an organization. In implementing BPR in information systems, key steps include identifying business processes that need to be improved or changed, modeling existing processes, performance analysis, redesigning the desired processes, and implementing new solutions using relevant information technology. By knowing all these aspects through data collection stages such as interviews, four business processes in Administrative Services at Desa Wiyurejo were identified, namely the processes of making Family Cards (KK), Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, and Moving Certificates. There is an improvement in each business process in Administrative Services at Desa Wiyurejo in terms of efficiency value and total time. In the application process for Birth Certificates and Death Certificates, initially, the efficiency value was 58.84% and the total time was 7640 minutes. After obtaining the recommended business processes, the efficiency value increased to 100% and the total time became shorter to 5953 minutes. In the business process of applying for Family Cards and Moving Certificates/Entries, initially, the efficiency value was 80.54% and the total time was 7640 minutes. After obtaining the recommended business processes, the efficiency value increased to 100% and the total time became shorter to 5913 minutes.
