Abstract

This research aims to understand how Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance with Readiness for change as a mediator. This research used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and involved 54 employees from PT BRI KC Malang Kawi. In this study, several hypotheses were tested. The results show that Transformational Leadership has a direct positive influence on Employee Performance, and is significantly positively related to Readiness for Change. Apart from that, Readiness for Change also has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance. Readiness for Change acts as a mediator in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.
