DIGITALISASI PENGELOLAAN DATA LAYANAN KEPESERTAAN (NON KLAIM) PROGRAM PENSIUN PADA PT TASPEN (PERSERO) CABANG MALANG

This writing aims to describe the application of digitalization in updating the data of pension participants, data evaluation procedures and follow-up of the results of data evaluation of pension participants of PT TASPEN (Persero) Malang Branch. The fast growth of information technology can encourage PT TASPEN (Persero) in implementing digitalization of services and data management of pension participants. This is applied to online non-claim submission services that can be accessed through the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS), as well as membership data management that can be accessed through the TASPEN Care and TASPEN Digital Enterprise Service (TDES) sites. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be seen that (1) Pension participant data management can be made by updating the data that has been submitted by participants in the online non-claim submission through the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS) site; (2) In managing pension program participant data, it is necessary to evaluate the data every month to analyze the validity of participant data; (3) The results of the evaluation of pension participant data will be followed up by evaluating data that has not been qualified.
