TANGGUNGJAWAB HUKUM ANGGOTA ARISAN ONLINE ATAS PERBUATAN WANPRESTASI MENIMBULKAN KERUGIAN BAGI ADMIN PADA AKUN INSTAGRAM @ARISANBYIRMA_

Social gathering is a fundraising activity that is carried out regularly at certain times. However, with the development of sophisticated technology, the communication process which is usually carried out directly can now be carried out via social media without having to meet or what is now better known as online social gathering. This research aims to determine and analyze the forms of default committed by online arisan members to the online arisan admin @arisanbyirma_ and understand the legal responsibilities that can be given by members which cause losses to the online arisan admin/manager. The method in this research is the empirical legal research method. The results of this research show that members commit defaults in the form of "carrying out achievements, but are late or not on time", and members in this case have a responsibility to admin @arisanbyirma_ by paying fees, losses and interest/late fines in accordance with Article 1246 of the Civil Code.
