Abstract

This research aims to explain the level of desire to move among Kampung Coklat employees, explain what factors influence the desire to move, and provide suggestions for actions that should be taken to reduce the level of desire to move. This research uses a qualitative approach method with descriptive research type. Primary and secondary data sources for this research were collected from observations, interviews, documentation
and other related sources as well as from journals and previous research. The informant sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique, namely selection based on consideration of special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives. The informants in the research were employees and HR managers. The data analysis technique for this research was assisted by NVivo 14 software. The results of this

What is meant by job satisfaction includes dissatisfaction with workload, dissatisfaction with promotions, dissatisfaction with the work environment, and dissatisfaction with salary.
