Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload on job
satisfaction, analyze the influence of workload on burnout, the influence of burnout syndrome on job satisfaction, analyze the mediating role of burnout syndrome on the influence of workload on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of Bank BRI Unit Batu, Karangploso, Dau with a total of 41
employees using total sampling techniques. Distribution of questionnaires was carried out for 2 weeks using questionnaires given to respondents. The method used is path analysis. The results of this study show that workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a significant positive effect on burnout syndrome, burnout syndrome has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and burnout syndrome can mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction.
