PENGELOLAAN TANAH KAS DUSUN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT (Studi di Dusun Rejoso Desa Tunggulwulung Kecamatan Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan)

Hamlet treasury land is an asset in the form of land given to the hamlet head as compensation while he is an official. Not only as personal income, village treasury land can be used for the benefit of the community. With good and appropriate management of village treasury land, it can have a good impact on improving community welfare. This research aims to (1) Describe the management of hamlet treasury land to improve community welfare (2) Describe the impact of hamlet treasury land management to improve community welfare. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and verifying data. Testing the validity of the data used in this research uses a credibility test. The results of the research found that the management of hamlet treasury land in Rejoso Hamlet has business forms in the form of fishing ponds, culinary businesses, and parking lots, while the other part is used for agricultural land and facilitating residents’ businesses, one of which is radiator servicing. The impact of hamlet treasury land management has an effect on increasing community welfare seen from the social welfare factors achieved, namely the opening of employment opportunities, business opportunities and fulfilled social welfare products.
