IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENANGANAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL PEREMPUAN DAN ANAK DI KABUPATEN SUMENEP

Gender-based sexual violence against women and children is still a serious problem that must be addressed. Therefore, based on P3A Ministerial Regulation Number 4 of 2018 concerning the establishment of UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children, attention is needed from the Regional Government so that violence against women and children can be handled by establishing UPTD PPA in all regions of Indonesia, one of which is Sumenep Regency. This research aims to analyze the implementation of policies for handling sexual violence against women and children in Sumenep district. To obtain data for this research, the author used descriptive qualitative research with evaluative research. This research also uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. In this study, researchers carried out an analysis using David Easton's theory.
