PENERAPAN LARANGAN MEROKOK DAN MELAKUKAN AKTIVITAS LAIN YANG MENGGANGGU KONSENTRASI KETIKA SEDANG MENGENDARAI SEPEDA MOTOR YANG DIGUNAKAN UNTUK KEPENTINGAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI DI KANTOR DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA MALANG)

The prohibition on the behavior of drivers smoking and does the other activities that interfere of concentration while riding a motorcycle is regulated in Article 6 letter c of the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning Protection of the Safety for Motorcycle User to the Public Interest. The Malang City Department Transportation Service as a regional apparatus in the field transportation in Malang City Government's has the task implementing this prohibition regulatory to the citizen of the jurisdiction of Malang City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the prohibition regulatory on drivers smoking and does the other activities that interfere of concentration while riding a motorcycle by Department Transportation Service of Malang City. This research is a sociological juridical research or empirical legal research. From the research results, it's found that the implementation of the prohibition regulatory on drivers smoking and on does the other activities that interfere of concentration while riding a motorcycle has been carried out by the Department Transportation Service of Malang City. The implementation of Article 6 letter c of the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 12 of 2019 is carried out by legal counseling in legal socialization to citizen of the jurisdiction of Malang City and participating to joint operations with Malang City Resort Police. So, the conclusion of this research is the implementation of the prohibition regulatory on drivers smoking and on does the other activities that interfere of concentration while riding a motorcycle by Department Transportation Service of Malang City has not been carried out with effectively.
