MANAJEMENORGANISASI PELAYANAN POSYANDU BALITA DI DESA KAROBELAH KECAMATAN MOJOAGUNG KABUPATEN JOMBANG

This research aims to see how the management of the toddler posyandu service organization in Karobelah Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Subjects were determined by purposive sampling. Using data collection techniques such as (observation, interviews, documentation) as well as data analysis techniques, namely (data reduction, data presentation and data verification). The results of the research show that in Karobelah village the management of the toddler posyandu organization is not in accordance with the concept of organizational management. The concept of organizational management includes planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring to achieve a goal. However, what happens in the field is that the toddler posyandu organization does not apply the organizational management concept in the organizing part, namely that the cadres cannot carry out their duties in accordance with the jobdesk created, but the activities of the toddler posyandu organization run smoothly.
