Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee loyalty on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 40 employees of UD. Samudra Kencana Jembrana. The sample used is a saturated sampling, which means that all members of the population are included as respondents. Primary data collection was conducted through direct observation, distribution of questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, scale range analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software, as well as hypothesis testing. Based on the scale range results, the study shows that employee work discipline is categorized as strong, employee loyalty is categorized as very high, and employee performance is categorized as very high. According to the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, employee performance was high even before being influenced by the variables of work discipline and employee loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and employee loyalty on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously.
