Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Sengkaling Recreational Park, Malang. The research conducted is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of 47 employees of Sengkaling Recreational Park, Malang. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is included as research samples. Data collection technique involves the use of questionnaires. Data analysis method employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive influence on employee performance and job satisfaction. Similarly, job satisfaction positively impacts employee performance, and transformational leadership and organizational culture also positively affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among permanent employees of Sengkaling Recreational Park, Malang.
