Abstract
Based on the results of the needs analysis in observations and interviews, a problem was found that students lack of understanding of the basic movements of the volleyball game. He does not understand the material, because during the learning process the teacher rarely explains the basic motion material. Even though the movement material has been done every day, but students do not know it is included in any movement. As well as the learning process used by teachers is less varied so that it causes less conducive and also not all teachers know the basic techniques about volleyball, teachers only give examples directly (practice) without any explanation of the material. The purpose of this study was to produce a jump to get ball game on the basic motion material of volleyball games for grade VI elementary school students.
This study uses the ADDIE model which includes 5 stages, namely analysis (Analysis), planning (Design), development (Development), implementation (Implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative.
The level of validity of the results of the development of the jump to get ball game on the basic motion material of the volleyball game is obtained from expert validators and student responses. Material expert validation gets a percentage of 85% with very good qualifications, game expert validation gets a percentage of 83.33% with very good qualifications. These results show that the jump to get ball game on the basic motion material of the volleyball game is very interesting and worthy of use in the learning process. While the results of this research and development are students interested and enthusiastic in learning seen from the response of students who get a percentage of 96.25% with very good qualifications. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to develop more varied and creative games.
