Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work skills on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable in the production department at UD Dharma Sejati, Tulungagung Regency. The type of research carried out is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research population was 40 employees of UD Dharma Sejati, Tulungagung Regency. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling method so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses moderated regression analysis using the SPSS program. The research results prove that work skills have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment moderates the influence of work skills on employee performance in the production department at UD Dharma Sejati, Tulungagung Regency.
