Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop learning outcomes with fraction questions in the form of problem solving-based e-tests in grade 3 elementary schools. This is done because it is quite common for students to understand the material and example questions but are unable to answer the questions correctly, especially on fractions. This effect often occurs because the concept of explaining the material or questions is not well understood by students. Fraction material will continue to develop and be related at the next level. If students do not understand or misunderstand the concept of fractions, it will be difficult and students will not even be able to work on questions on fraction material. Therefore, problem solving methods must be taught to students and linked to the questions, so that students are able to grasp and solve their problems related to working on fraction problems accurately and correctly.
This research uses the ADDIE research and development model including (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subjects of this research were class III students at SDN Dadaprejo 02, totaling 18 participants. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research instrument uses two guidelines, namely qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
The results of the material expert validation obtained a percentage value of 83.3% which was very valid for implementation. Student responses received a score of 80% in the strongly agree category. Based on these results, it is stated that the problem solving based E-test can be applied at SDN Dadaprejo 02.
