Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, sustainable human resources, and sustainable innovation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The data collection technique in this study utilized a questionnaire. The population used was all 48 Vosco Coffee employees with a sample of 48 using saturated sampling. The tests carried out are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and data analysis tests with multiple regression equation analysis, T tests, and F tests. The results of hypothesis testing, transformational leadership, sustainable human resources, and sustainable innovation have a significant effect on the performance of Vosco Coffee employees partially. Other findings also show that transformational leadership, sustainable human resources, and sustainable innovation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.
