Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of job satisfaction, job stress and workload on Turnover Intention. This research was conducted on employees of PT Dompet Harapan Bangsa (OY Indonesia) with a total of 286 respondents. The sampling technique in this research uses total sampling where all populations are sampled. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using a range of scales, multiple linear regression and Statical Package Fot Social Science (SPSS). The results of this scale calculation show that the Job Satisfaction Variable (X1) is categorized as very satisfied, the Work Stress Variable (X2) is categorized as sufficient and the Workload Variable (X2) is categorized as sufficient and the Turnover Intention Variable (Y) is categorized as sufficient. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. Work stress has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. Workload has a significant effect on Turnover Intention.
