Abstract
The development of the internet and digital world has transformed human habits worldwide. This impact has also affected the education system in Indonesia, leading to the emergence of online learning methods. Especially for Generation Z, who have grown up alongside the internet, it has become a primary necessity for them. Consequently, they often spend more time on the internet for leisure rather than for studying. In the social experiment content conducted by Iben on his TikTok account, he exposes the lack of general knowledge among Generation Z, which should have been taught since childhood. Some of them even lack basic knowledge about Indonesian nationalism. Observing this, the author aims to examine the interpretation of the audience, specifically students of SMAN 1 Mojokerto from Generation Z, towards Iben's social experiment content. The objective of this research is to explore the audience's interpretation of Iben's social experiment content. The author adopts a constructivist and qualitative paradigm, making this a descriptive study. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) at SMAN 1 Mojokerto and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's method. The study reveals that students of SMAN 1 Mojokerto received Iben's social experiment content positively, with the majority approving the topics discussed during the FGD. Their agreement is rooted in their life experiences and critical thinking.
