MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN RUBRIK JURNALISME WARGA PADA MEDIA ONLINE (Studi Pada Kampung-Media.com)

This research aims to understand the practices and strategies in managing citizen journalism media conducted by Kampung-Media.com in the West Nusa Tenggara Province, using Morissan's management theory framework. The approach used is qualitative research with a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. The subjects of the study are the management practitioners of Kampung Media. The results indicate that Kampung Media management applies concepts introduced by Morissan in media management, such as strategic planning, organizational structuring, leadership, and control, to manage their platform's operations. In terms of strategic planning, Kampung Media formulates goals, strategies, and policies that align with the needs of citizen journalism based on this theory. Organizational structuring involves managing human resources, technology, and finances to support the production of quality content. Leadership is executed by guiding teams in implementing strategies and ensuring adherence to established journalism standards. Meanwhile, control mechanisms are employed to monitor operational performance and evaluate goal achievement, in accordance with the principles of control in Morissan's management theory.
