Abstract
This study examines the influence of leadership style, motivation, and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 45 HR division employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. Additionally, instrument tests and classical assumption tests were conducted in this study. The first research finding indicates that leadership style significantly affects employee performance at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim. Second, motivation significantly affects employee performance at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim. Third, employee engagement significantly affects employee performance at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim. Fourth, leadership style, motivation, and employee engagement simultaneously influence employee performance.
