Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi work-life balance, job satisfaction dan employee engagement, menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee engagement, menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap job satisfaction, pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee engagement, menganalisis peran mediasi job satisfaction pada pengaruh worklife balance terhadap employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dairyland Theme Park Prigen dengan jumlah 60 karyawan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap terikat secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan, job satisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee engagement.
