Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at East Java Park 2. The sample in this study consisted of 100 people who are customers of East Java Park 2. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study employed a scale range and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that price does not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality is the most dominant variable compared to the price variable.
