Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Career Development on ASN Employee Performance. This research was conducted on all ASN employees within the Standard Testing Center for Sweetener and Fiber Plant Instruments (BPSI-TAS). The number of respondents in this study was 65 people. This research uses a sampling technique with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this research uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire via Google Forms. The scale calculation results show that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) is categorized as good, Work Motivation (X2) is categorized as high, Career Development (X3) is categorized as good, and Employee Performance (Y) is categorized as very high. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
