Abstract

Compensation, motivation and a work environment that have positive synergy can improve employee performance at work. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence teacher performance in working at SMPN 1 KANOR BOJONEGORO. Research data was collected through questionnaires to 43 respondents. The research results show that compensation, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 KANOR BOJONEGORO, both partially and simultaneously.
